Description:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented bartender to join our team. As a bartender you will create and serve delicious cocktails and beverages to our patrons while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and extensive knowledge of mixology will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities

· Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company recipes and standards

· Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences

· Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene practices which included restocking supplies and washing glassware as needed

· Upsell and promote drink specials and menu items to increase sales

· Handle cash and card transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer records

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner

· Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding serving alcohol and ensuring the responsible service of alcohol

· Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of food orders

Requirements

· Proven work experience as a Bartender

· Knowledge of mixology and cocktail-making techniques

· Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy in drink preparation

· Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays

· Knowledge of various types of alcohols and their characteristics

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

· Knowledge of health and safety regulations

· Must be of legal drinking age (21 )
